Viacom’s Copyright Suit vs YouTube

I once had a video taken down by YouTube. Viacom had said that the music was their copyright, so YouTube had just taken it down without even contacting me until it was gone. I had filmed the video myself and used royalty free music from my video production library (and certainly not Viacom). I was told I had to show it was not violating T&Cs. So I read the below story and others like it to come out recently with interest.
